About Shayne Allise

Shayne Allise is a Palestinian-Irish multidisciplinary artist, writer, and speaker. She is the creator of Industry Standards, an archive of high-performance equestrian sport, and a wider body of artistic work exploring identity, devotion, and the complexity of emotions across cultures.

She competed at Grand Prix level in dressage, earning USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals and training alongside some of the sport's most accomplished athletes in the world for over a decade. She later founded 3XV, where her work spans strategic partnerships, commercial development, and creative direction across sport and culture. Working with high-performance athletes and teams, brands, and investors, she develops collaborations around shared interests, cultural relevance, and long-term value.

Industry Standards is an ode to an athlete’s craft. It is a visual language of what elite sport asks of the people inside it, and what it costs them. It follows the industry’s most notable horse-and-rider pairs across all continents, and sits alongside her other works in development: I Have a Story to Tell, on ambition and mental health among elite male athletes in the MENA region; For the Love of My Father's Country, tracing inheritance and homeland through the Levant’s diaspora; You Look Like a Woman Who Can't Cook, on the assumptions placed on women; and RAILBIRDS, an unflinching exposé on the inner psyche of the equestrian community.

Shayne speaks internationally on cultural value, identity, sport, and the relationship between perception and generational impact.
